Many people are familiar with Tom Brady; quarterback of The New England Patriots (American Football), who has been an outstanding player for 17 years with this team. Fans wear the #12 proudly on their jerseys and now they'll have another reason to do so. Logan Schoenhardt has to be the #1 fan of Tom Brady. This 10-year-old boy has been battling cancer since he was 4; has been through more than 6 brain surgeries, chemo and radiation and even went to the extent of telling his brain surgeon to etch out the #12 on his skull. When Tom Brady found out about this brave, young fan, he sent him a video wishing him the best of recoveries and then met the boy in person. One of the things on Logan's Bucket List to do was go to a Patriots game; which he did on 12/12. The cancer has now spread to Logan's spine and there is no longer any hope for his recovery. Here is to a brave, young boy and to Tom Brady for taking the time to make one of Logan's wishes come true.

Some sports heroes are truly heroes, while others think only of themselves.

I'm not a fan of Brady, but what he did was very commendable for that poor little boy.

It is awful that children should suffer so much.Happy that Tom Brady played some part in helping him through this period..

I always feel so bad when children get cancer @Kandae11 and it's horrible to think that 1 out of every 5 children die from it. As a parent, it would be awful to watch your child go through what this boy has and then to know after all that, he's not going to make it. I'm glad Logan got to meet and be with his favorite person.
