Christmas Presents Wrapped

As you can see all the presents are wrapped and under the tree. No worries now if anyone shows up unexpectedly. And I still have wrapping paper left. I used what I had from last year.
I usually code the presents so I don't need tags on them. Everyone gets the same wrapping paper for their presents. That's not the case this year. With gifts in various sizes, I crossed the paper between them, so now I need to get tags so even I know who gets what. I can tell by the size and shape, but that might not be the case come Christmas morning if I don't get the proper names on them.
As I wrapped presents this morning I also watched one show and a movie. I have a lot to clear off the DVR right now with several Christmas movies besides the Olympics still to watch.
However, at the moment I'm going to get something to eat as I haven't really done that yet today and get these notifications taken care of.
I hope you are all having a good day and getting your Christmas presents bought and wrapped.
Thanks for reading.

@carebear29 I found out last night that my Christmas shopping wasn't done. It is now. I just need to get it into the house and get it wrapped. I went shopping this morning after the Y and got all the food in the apartment, but with it as cold as it is, those gifts can stay in the trunk a little longer.

@just4him I was not able to buy all the Christmas presents I wanted to but we blessed our grandchildren which really made me happy. One of our grandchildren called to thank us out of 6 course its not Christmas yet so hopefully we hear from the others. Not that we gave to them for that reason. It's just nice to know they appreciate it as we are on a tight budget these days. Today is my husbands 63rd birthday. I made him one of his favorite cakes, upsidedown pineapple cake, that is his birthday gift as I don't have the money to buy him something. He's easy to please thanks be to God. I have a wonderful husband. We've been together 22 years married 21 years. I pray you have a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!

@Butchcass4 Happy Birthday to your husband. I'm sure they all appreciate their gifts, but as you said, it's not Christmas yet and I'm sure they haven't opened them yet. I love that cake. I'm slightly older than your husband. I turned 63 in July.

@amadeo I hear ya! and I understand. As Christmas can be very stressful if you let it. I try to focus on the true meaning of CHRISTmas and that is the birth of Christ our Savior. I did better this year than I did last year, but I must confess I experienced some anxiety that I had to confess to the Lord. Have a blessed and Happy New Years.

I get a package of sticker present tags, since I HATE making tags, and the sticker tags are usually only like a buck

@just4him I used to do that, and now just do the sticker thing because I'm lazy, and the making of the tags is annoying and time consuming, lol.

@Jessicalynnt I got them from Family Dollar yesterday for a dollar a pack of 120 stickers. I got two packs. I'll have enough for next year and maybe a few years to come.

@crazyhorseladycx I wished I was able to watch the olympics. We don't have tv cable or satelite, just Netflix so I miss a lot. I hear news by osmosis LOL. Some times I get stuff on facebook or email. But I love the parts of the Olympics where there are gymnists and ice skaters. I pray you have a blessed New Years!
