Good Morning! Buenos Días! Driving for Uber!

Today I start driving for Uber. Am always exited to learn something new & do a job where I can interact with people.
Has anybody here worked for Uber? I heard you can do both lyft & uber at the same time?
Any suggestions for things I should bring with?
*My mother used to drive for Kiss Car Co. In NYC. Funny how am turning into my mother in so many ways.
How is everyone doing today?

I hope it's enjoyable. And lucrative. My older brother drove a cab in Chicago for several years. And I've driven adult and child clients around a lot. But I've never driven for Uber. I hope the conversation are enjoyable too.

I'm interested in this uber thing so hope you post more about the ins and outs and the start costs.
Uber has just come to my city and it is something I could be interested in doing.

That is neat you have a job you are going to do that is similar to what your mother did. I hope you enjoy doing this! I thought about doing it but I am to nervous of a driver for a job like that. I get distracted with any noise of people talking.

I will have to avoid getting into deep conversations other than that, I've never even had a ticket( plan to keep it that way). Will keep you posted on my progress & experiences. :)

Yes... wonder if is coaded in our DNA or just our subconscious playing out? In any event she was a lovely hardworking lady & I am proud to be like her. She was amazing; I didn't get to know her much(she passed away, she was 46). Her passion for life makes me appreciate mine & be thankful for the life I have daily. Have a wonderful day. :D
