WHICH FIVE FOODS WOULD YOU EAT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?

Food is needed for sustenance - we would die without it; food is for enjoyment - we love to eat. So what if you were given the choice of having only five foods for the rest of your life - which five would you choose?. Here is the list to choose from: Fruits, vegetables, breads, pastries, cereals, rice, pasta, peas and beans,chocolates and other sweets,salted snacks,dairy, seafood,chicken, pork and beef. I suppose with such a wide variety of foods available on mother earth, more can be added to that list. Here are my five choices: - peas and beans, fruits, vegetables, cereals and breads. Now if I was allowed a bonus choice I would go for seafood. Which five would you choose?

From this list I would choose Fruit, vegetables, dairy pork and pasta. I thought from reading your topic thought it would be more specific in a type like for example I would choose to eat Tacos for the rest of my life but I am quite sure I wouldn't last long doing so!

With the right choices you won't. It is amazing how much nutrition you can get from simply eating fruits and vegetables, and you have a choice of protein - the building blocks of the body - and for vegetarians , peas and beans can be a substitute for meat protein.

You're being very generous there, offering food groups rather than only 5 individual foods! would probably choose vegetables, fruits, chicken, rice, and pasta. If I had to choose only 5 individual foods, I would choose noodles, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, and potatoes. :)
