My friend just messaged me to check up on his kids, as he likes to put it.
Let him know all was fine along with this message.
"I just cleaned the kitty litter. go get the broom to sweep up the mess I made and by the time I get back Madory lays a huge turd." Expletive.
Had to edit that to stay in the good graces of Mylot. Hopefully, you get the point and that is what they call her also. 
There is 5 cats in this place and they did show the 5th cat. Only 2 like me with a third one warming up. I kind of like that guy so fat and furry. He makes me laugh. I hate Madory she is mean and really probably like her best actually.
She reminds me of Brooklyn, except in cat form. My favorite is Marley. He cries a lot, but at the same time lets you know he is no pushover. He just old and needs some attention. The other cats careless about attention and just are like stay out of our way.

Mine will actually look in the box, judge it to be not clean enough for her, and decide not to go in. I know this is what is going through her head, because if she then sees me scoop it, she will go right in.

Indeed and that actually makes sense, but would have appreciated her waiting 5 minutes so I could think I cleaned it perfect. lol

i'd be surprised if the catbox in this house is clean 1 minute after changing it.

Well, your older cats make it to the next year. I've already lost three dogs alone this year and only have one left.

They are not my cats but Madory is young but rest are indeed old. They look healthy and energetic so I do not see why they would not last another year. Marley is like 13 I think. I can see him easily living to 17. I sorry about your dogs were they old? I know some dogs just seem to have health issues from the get go because of the way we breed them.
