In shower lotion makes me too oily.

Have you tried the in shower lotions/moisturizer something like that? I did just now and felt too oily. I washed it off fast after that. God for bid that get under my foot. I would fall down busting open my head.

Lotion is the shower is not a good idea. It is too easy to slip and fall.

I never new shower lotions were a thing...that would be my mom's new addiction, she loves lotions. That is odd that it made you oily though, perhaps there are other shower lotions that won't make it happen.

I only tried it once. That stuff made my skin so slick my pants kept falling down.

I just used Nivea body wash, on sale for a few dollars, and that did not come out oily and really smells good. Yes, slipping on the oily stuff could be a disaster.
