Yes, I love to visit the world from the comfort of my home, nice and warm inside.
No waiting in line at the airport, no ticket to buy, no time wasted anywhere to get there.
All I have to do is sit in my comfortable leather office chair and type a few words on my keyboard and just look at the screen.
And from there, I just crossed the Atlantic and didn't even get seasick. I am on my way to Spain right now. But I will have to put my screen on hold for a while as I have to go out right now in real life and face the cold weather of Canada.
I will resume my trip to Spain when I come back from my appointment. It will be so nice to see some beaches and wonderful blue sky.
See you later.

@MarymargII Yes the Saffron spice cost a lot, but I don't think you would need a lot.

It is amazing isn't it how far we can travel without going outside at all.

And Manitoba for what it's worth... is on a storm watch. I think heading somewhere warm just might be a good idea too!!

My mind likes to go to warmer places right now - like the beach in Hawaii.

@marlina Yeah actually why limit it to 80 days right? The longer the trip, the better!

That is one of the beautiful things about the internet. The world is literally at your fingertips! I just visited Patagonia in South America this past weekend. I had the most amazing adventure, and didn't have to spend any money whatsoever!

@marlina I had heard of Patagonia before, but never knew where it was. I heard the name again in a tv show recently, and decided it was time to visit! Hah

That's the way I like to travel. I don't want to leave the US so I just look online.

Lovely idea. I was doing something similar for awhile and loving it. What I was doing is looking up beautiful gardens around the globe that people tend and love. It made me long to create my own one day. I think I like your idea too, I may try it some time soon.
