It seems people who have high blood pressure are more than those who have low blood pressure. Last night I occasionally heard from TV that celery is good for the high blood pressure people. It will make their blood pressure lower. On the contrary, my blood pressure is a little bit lower than pressure. Namely I shall try to avoid celery.

That is interesting. I wonder if maybe it's the way the celery is prepared for example do you is it eaten plain or in a dish with other food or salt on it could cause it's effectiveness.

I think not many people will eat the plain celery. Usually it will be with other food.

Celery improves liver, skin, eye and cognitive health. It also prevents dehydration. So I think , it is still better to eat celery even if you are low blood. But I don't like the smell of celery in foods. That's why I don't eat it..

In the past I didn't like eating the celery, too. And in school time we had training for a week and there were no more food there. Everyday they offered celery and I had to eat it, or I would be hungry. And this is why I started to like it and didn't find it so horrible

Celery also has anti-inflammatory agents in it. It also levels out cholesterol, prevents ulcers, helps with digestion, helps with joint health, prevents UTIs, has cancer fighting agents, strengthens the immune system, is a stress buster and low in calories so good for dieting. It is a very good vegetable to add to your diet.

Since celery still has many advantages, I think we can eat it less but we shall not avoid it at all.

In my country, bitter gourd is the best vegetable fruit in lowering the blood pressure for hypertensive people. Celery is the best thing to have in dried noodles dish.
