Let's join Bing Crosby and sing along as this is the right time to do so, snow or no snow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNM7l9wMl3Y Who do you prefer Bing Crosby or Nat King Cole?

As I'm not so keen on snow and the danger of falling and breaking a bone (as happened three years ago), I won't join in.

You need not join but just listen in Nat King Cole does a great job

@allknowing Thanks for the invitation. But if I listen to the song now (it's noon in Germany), I won't get it out of my head until I go to bed. It's one of the eternal 'earworms'.

@MALUSE I am sure you will anyway get to hear all these numbers during this season and so will have to put up with earwormjs for a while

I prefer the latter but I really don't want any snow, rain is ok tho as long as it's not that cold.

I prefer the original 1940s version by Vaughn Monroe, the same version was used in the Bruce Willis movie " Die Hard" my second choice would be the Dean Martin version. Vaughn Monroe: Let It Snow:
When winter rolls around, musical thoughts turn to Vaughn Monroe's hit recording of Let It Snow. Vaughn's warm, deep, baritone voice makes his interpretation...

Actually I prefer Nat King Cole. I listened to Vaughn Monroe just now
Oh, the weather outside is frightful / But the fire is so delightful / And since we've no place to go / Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow / It doesn't show

@allknowing that's also a good version, the only reason I like Monroe's is because it's the original and I associate it more with the movie that I liked. Let it snow I think was never intended to be a Christmas song but I am not so sure.
