Back from the gym!

I'm back from a cardio workout. There weren't many people there tonight. I guess people are busy with Christmas preparations. It was a circuit workout that we just kept going through over and over again for 30 minutes. This was what we did:
1) reverse Prowler pull, push back, REPEAT
2) single kettlebell carry all over gym (switch arms half way through)
3) C2 rower 175 meters
4) slides (10 each direction)
5) swings (10)
The finisher was a doozy. We did Prowler suicides. They were light so we were supposed to go as fast as we could. We did 3 and I was absolutely dead by the third one. I will be surprised if I can walk tomorrow.

Wonderful! Exercise helps one lose weight and so it will work out well with your 2017 goal.
