A woman sells positive pregnancy test results to women who wants to black mail their boyfriends to marriage via "pregnancy"

This thing is still legal because there is no law about it yet but wow this is so wrong. There is a business minded pregnant woman who is 6 months pregnant and she realized positive pregnancy test can be used by women who wanted to frame a guy to a shotgun wedding via pregnancy. In other words women who are not pregnant uses her services so they can frame their boyfriends to marriage or some rich guy they had affair with for child support. She advertised her services to Craig's list. This is fraud but she can freely do this business because there is not a law about against it yet. I think the positive pregnancy test can be used for many wrong things. It can be also used against women. Let's say someone can ruin the reputation of an office mate by saying she is pregnant. source:
It's a no questions-asked deal, advertising urine and positive pregnancy tests on Craigslist.

Oh yes, I heard of this. A really short term fraud though, it won't take long for the scammed guy to find out the truth. Pregnancy tests can also be fake-positive: you aren't pregnant but the test says you are because it's flawed. If she manages to sell these tests and earn some money, good for her. I wouldn't blame this lady, but the "women" who decide to buy these tests.

She doesn't even have remorse from these activities. She said people from other states even visit her for her services. I cant believe a small piece of plastic with pee on it can be a lucrative business.

I would not have thought that an used pregnancy test could be a niche product. It would not force many men to marry today here, as 53% of couples are not married in my country.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It has more to do with the high % of divorces than with the church. Many people prefer to sign a civil contract to fix the rules of how they decide to live together than to marry : you can cancel this kind of contract quickly while a divorce might be long and expensive.

US is still part of the Bible belt so it works for her. I know in France, Some church related words became bad words for some reason.

I saw this on the news. It's pretty sad people are buying this, but what she is doing isn't technically wrong.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It is definitely wrong, but people are actually purchasing this so the people buying are wrong people too..

With DNA tests, a simple pregnancy test would not make a man marry, specially if he is not sure.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It seems to me that now a baby is not enough reason to get married.

Some people will cross the line because they were in a hurry. People like this are the reason there are divorces.

There wont be a seller if there is no market. It is a two way tango though, both are at fault.
