I know many of you don't know who George S Irving is right now. Sadly, he passed away and I wanted to comment that he worked with Carrie Fisher's Mom Debbie Reynolds in Irene and won a Tony Award. My daughter and I know him from A Year Without A Santa Claus, as he is the voice of the heat miser. He was 94, so lived a long life. I just might watch my daughters favorite tonight. A talented actor did other roles over the years and its just a sad day. A day to light candles may he rest in peace.

I did know who George S Irving was. Mainly a Broadway performer as opposed to the screen. Many musicals.

I enjoy musicals and he was excellent. Sadly, to many people have passed in December. Thanks for posting.

Sadly, we sure can't and now her mother has passed today. I am having a very hard December with so many people passing this month.

@Fishmomma We have a problem in family, my Sister in Law is dying, this is very sad.
