City of Rain

Bogor is one of the big cities in the province of West Java. It is known as a city of rain as it rains almost every day. I am staying in one of Bogor Districts working for road constructions. Bogor is also a city of tourism resort. The only bad thing is traffic jam, especially during weekends. One of the things I noticed was that Bogor has undulating terrains. There areas below the main road. Those living in low-lying areas have stairs built from the edge of the main road down to their houses. Motorists should be careful when driving/riding along the road. Some parts have no safety fences. They may slip and fall onto the slopes.

It's the first time I heard about this City of Rains.. It is really delicate for motorists if it is raining...

Because it rains a lot, the weather is a lot colder than any other parts of West Java.

@yanzalong So maybe people there are already adapted to the weather.. it is somewhat difficult to do things outside home when it is raining..
