how they got so much energy

As I am in project work I observe the civil workers closely. I surprise to see them. They drink plain boring water. Whereas we the civilized people drink filter water. In the sever cold weather they stay in temporary shed made of sheet and we stay in our protected rooms. But I feel they are more active than us. How immunity they achieve more than us

What do you mean "we the civilised people" ? ... What makes you think that you are more civilised than the ordinary workers? Is it because you drink filtered water and they only drink plain boring water? ...
Yes those who work hard and closer to the dirt will be more resilient and immune to bacteria than those so called "civilised people" ..

They're used to harsh conditions I suppose, but for some people, that might be the only choice they have to survive.
