Normal pap smear results

Today I received a phone call from my doctor's office on my pap smear results. It came back normal. When I had my first mammogram two months ago, it also came back normal, though I do have dense tissue, due to my being underweight.
Now I just have to gain weight. I have no other doctor's appointments until early next summer, when I go to the eye doctor to get glasses. And then I go back to my doctor again for my next physical and blood work. Since I couldn't afford to go to the dentist anymore for cleanings, I do brush my teeth, and only need to go if I have a toothache, cavity, etc.
Yeah for being healthy!

Glad your results came back clear YAY. I hate dentists but really need to go and have some work done.

@kevin1877uk Yep. And I don't have a dental insurance either. I can't afford it either. I just have Medicare. If I have a toothache or a broken tooth, like I got one, 2.5 years ago, I would go to the dentist. But not for cleanings twice a year.

Thanks. My secret. Well, every since I went to the gym, 2.5 years ago, I did a lot of exercise classes, walked to the gym and church and to the local store. I also ate healthy food and ditched junk food. I also drank a lot of water too.

It is always good when we are healthy and don't need to go to the doctor. I will be going for a mamogram January 6th my first one.

That's for sure. Oh wow. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. My cousin told me don't have chocolate or soda before your appointment and drink water. No deodorant either.

my sister has that same issue with wieght, she cannot gain. I can't help with that one, I have the opp prob and have to watch my carb intake
