Tech Question: How Are They Putting Pinterest Firefox 48 Support on a Firefox '50' Browser?

Here's what happens:I open my Mozilla Firefox internet-browser (version 50.1.0) and http://barisderin.com/?p=2598 the Baris Derin page pops-open, telling me they've automatically updated my "Share Button for Pinterest" to put in Firefox 48 Support.
