A Creche for Husbands

We saw this on a street in Melbourne, Australia when we were visiting our son. I think I have seen it before somewhere but maybe others haven't seen it. I wonder if it helps increase their business?
And this will probably be my last post till we get back from celebrating New Year. I don't we'll have wi-fi in the holiday house although it is quite a luxurious place. Have a great New Year everyone and stay safe.

That's hilarious, I like that...That probably wouldn't go over in the states, somebody would complain it wasn't politically correct..

Australians try to thumb their noses at politically correct stuff but it is often frowned on.

We do the grocery shopping together too. It is just a joke really.

Thanks. It's a very clever sign isn't it? I think Vince would be perfectly happy to be dropped off there for a while! :)

I like to shop on my own too although Vince is very patient.

Thanks. I mostly like to shop on my own on the rare occasion when I shop for clothes. I get anxious about keeping Vince waiting for me too long but it's all in my mind. He is happy to wait but I'm sure he'd be happier waiting in a hotel.

@epiffanie Someone gave us a small plaque which hangs on the front door. It says 'a nice lady and a grumpy old man live here'.

That's nice. Drop him off and let him get plastered while you shop. No telling how that will turn out when you pick him up in his drunken state and he starts complaining about the stuff you bought and you spending too much money.
Have a Happy New Year's Day.

@JudyEv Yeah, if he were a "happy drunk" I suppose he would care how much you spent–until he sobered up.
