I loved when human telephone operators handle our calls but the answering machines which have taken over the operators, irritates and make you loose your temper by the time you have reached the person concerned. It was a full fledged employment and so many people around the world was working in this field. Lower educated people easily got jobs, they were trained and a well done job.
