1.Start a Meditation Practice. It can helps improve your mood, it reduces stress. 2.Learning Something New Each Day. Fortunately internet makes it incredibly easy to learn new things. 3.Pick up a new hobby. Hobbies can lower your stress levels, boost your brain power. 4.Play more. It can make you more creative and productive.5.Eat fewer calories. The most obvious reason is to lose weight. 6.Move more. It doesn't what you choose to do.7. read more books.8. Be more grateful.9.Creat a positive attitude.10.Strengthen your personal relationship. 11.Become more confident.14.Be more conscientious.15. keep a journal.

Wow that is a great positive list booster for anyone to read. I don´t meditate as such but I am learning how to bit by bit the easy does it way. Same with other things take it easy and learn better more slowly so it stays with you as a habit. Keeping a Journal is not really my thing I write short notes and stash them away. But if you are doing that already that is really cool.
