I'm sore today!

Yesterday's workout involved me doing one-armed TRX rows and bicep curls. Well, not only are my biceps sore, but so are my abs. The rows really worked them which I could feel as I was going along throughout the sets. The soreness has gotten worse as the day has gone on. I hope this doesn't continue into tomorrow!
I knew that last night's workout was a tough one but I really wasn't anticipating this soreness!

Give some gap till the soreness disappears. If you continue, this may be very harmful. Do the exercise slowly and increase the number steadily. Do not take it to a stretch at a time.
