The young persons do'not need the long speeches but Examples

The old persons want to impress the young persons by their long-long speeches and do not give any example. The speech never effects their ears , they hear it from one ear and out from another.I think that the old persons should set an example for them to follow. The young generation is really fed up withe words of elders and leaders.Example is better than precept. The older and elders are going to be the part of past and the young persons are going to be a part of bright future. The young have the courage to face the future that is more difficult than today.Instead of discouraging and cursing them everytime, show them the right path. The deeds are always stronger than words.

Sometimes its good to listen to older people to learn things but at the same time you have to live to learn. And things change Lot so at the sametime its not always accurate what older people has to say because this change from Their time to now.
