After how many hours of sleep do you feel prepared to face the next day?

January 7, 2017 11:19pm CST
I usually sleep 6 hours, sometimes more... Other times less. This time is enough for me to rest well, and get ready for the next day. Naps during the day can help me ometimes, but I'd rather sleep 6 hours without stopping (I work better this way ).

When I do not get enough sleep then I am very tired and hard to get through the day. I try to get 8 or 9 hours but do not get that much. It takes me awhile when I wake up to get myself together. Some days better than others.

For me it depends. I can sleep only four hours and feel great. Also, can sleep long and long hours and feel devastated.

6 to 7 hours. It doesn't matter if I slept later at nitht but if I woke up 5 minutes before my usual wake up time, I'd be tired for the rest the day.

I need eight hours, but I sure don't always get it. It's 2:12am here and I really want to go to bed, but I'm not sleepy.

According to some survey, a 7 hour sleep is very healthy and it keeps track of metabolism and makes you active all the day

I'm good with 6 to 7 hours of sleep. But I'm at my best with 8.
