I am passionate about natural remedies not only in my healthy lifestyle but in beauty routine too.Dead skin cells produce roughness and unhealthy look, so all we need to do is to remove them on regular basis,preferably twice a week. My secret of smooth and dead-cells free skin is pretty simple. While taking a shower I am using brush with rough bristle and making circular massage during 5 mins,then take a cup of salt soaked in warm water and apply it on skin,while rubbing it.After few minutes,just take a short lukewarm shower and enjoy smooth and velvet-like skin

I do not use a brush, I have very sensitive skin, I use a loofah.

Nice remedy thanks! I also use baking soda paste sometimes or soak cucumber in warm water and then use to wash my skin.

That is also nice using baking soda for exfoliation.It can be replacement of salt either
