I ventured out it was a bit hairy

I discussed going out in the elements today. I was talking to a buddy this AM who said I shouldn't go out until Wednesday, but I was out of fruit. I hate being out of fruit, it is as bad as being out of coffee, besides I needed to get out of here for awhile. I went into town. The secondary roads are not too good, and are rather icy. I was a little afraid of the hills in this development...however slow and steady won the race!!!

Glad you made it back and forth safely. My husband would ventout for fruit, too. Lol!

I had to get out on Sunday night as I was needing some outing but we do tend to avoid it when the weather is blowing against us that's true.

Glad you were able to get out and get some fruit without any problems. I hate going out when it's icy/snowy
