Something is better than nothing.

I was very tired a short while ago. I could not think straight so I put aside the computer and laid down. I went to sleep about 5 minute and woke up. I had to pee so that was that. I lay back down and the phone rings. After that I close my eyes to a nap of about 12 minutes. It was all I could manage to get today. Seeing that I normally can't get that I felt blessed. I am now feeling better for the night.

That is good. I find sometimes a 10 minute nap is all you need to feel refreshed.

Sleep is awfully important and a lack of it can effect you in a lot of ways.

I woke up at 8am today then had a nap on and off until 11am. I was tired for some reason.

Sometimes just closing your eyes for a few minutes helps.
