Who is Your Favorite Disney Villain?

Disney has some great villains. From Cruella De Vil to Captain Hook, Jafar to Gaston, there are many colorful villains. Female villains are every bit as lethal and cunning as male villains. My favorite villain is Scar. He is treacherous and despicable. His evil plans almost succeed from beginning to end. I think Ursula is the perfect villain as well. She is smart and insidious. She takes advantage of Ariel's weakness and almost reigns the seas. Who is your favorite Disney villain.

We never see the man. It is a sad moment in the movie though.

@zebra2222 Mother Gothel is also a good one because she actually loves Rapunzel and I can relate with her because I desire immortality.

I think Ursula is my favorite. I like the song she sings when she's convincing Ariel that she's her friend.
