Dream Post - Japan!

I love dreams that have my old best friend in them. We are not friends anymore but seeing her face really makes me feel good. Until in a dream where she is just in all sorts of havoc. She and I were able to go to Japan, a place I know I have always wanted to visit. We managed to get there safely, but getting to our hotel was just a mess. She did not expect it to be so tiny and she was just complaining like she always does and some how we got a bigger room for the both of us. Now, there were times where she got really lazy and did not want to travel much. She would make up every excuse in the book to sit on her laptop and do nothing and that is exactly what she did in this dream. I was getting upset in this dream because this was a rare chance to travel somewhere and she did not want to do anything. I just said screw her and ventured on my own. I was having a ball, I was making friends, I went all the way down to Akihabara which is an area I always wanted to visit and I get a call from her. She tells me to hurry back, there is blood everywhere! I take the next train all the way back to our hotel and I get there and she somehow knocked her tooth out while doing her make up and eating something and she had cotton balls in her mouth. She is freaking out that she needs to go to the hospital but doesn't trust the hospitals where we were at and demanded we go home. I have no idea. I know what teeth dreams normally mean but what happens if the teeth falling out is not of your own? Hmm...I should analyze it a little bit more haha My brain is so weird.
