The Bus to the Rescue

The stuff is all hitting the fan at the moment. If you don't know the saying, it means things are going a bit skewiff/pie-eyed/wrong. We haven't been able to get the BMW fixed so we have no brake lights and no electric brakes so we can't get our new caravan at the moment. The other big problem is that we need to take the big car trailer out to the church. It is loaded with a generator, a very long pole which will hold two lights, a couple of ladders and a few other bits and pieces. The trailer is too heavy to be safe for my little car so it is the bus to the rescue. Later this afternoon, we'll take the bus and car trailer out to the church. There is no electricity (so no lights) and no water at the church. We'll set up the lights and test them, sleep the night in the bus then come home early tomorrow. I was trying to wrangle a night in the bus at this little church but I would have hoped it would have been under different circumstances. But never mind. We're very lucky to have an option which will enable us to go ahead with our plans. I wonder what tomorrow will bring? It will bring the concert that's for sure. And I'll be missing from time to time so take care, especially those coping with ice and snow.
