kite fly

Today is a festival here in India with a tradition of flying kites ..the sky looks so beautiful today. But I dont know how to fly a kite . Does any of you know how to fly a kite or have tried atleast.

When I was little I did but not anymore... It is not as easy as it looks... You have to wait for the right wind... But it is fun. Have fun, I'm sure you will enjoy it even if the kite doesn't fly..

@amitkokiladitya First of all, I'm too old to fly. Secondly, I am over it... I prefer to sit in one spot...

I have flown many kites in the yesteryears. It is great fun to see the kite going up in the sky. There should be some wind to give a kik start to kite. We used to fly kites during Independence day. I think people fly kites on Makar Sakranti in the states like Gujrat, not in Delhi.

I don't know if I still know how to do it. But when I was a kid, I knew how to fly a kite when my grandfather gave my cousin one. He was not into kites as he was into dolls so it was me who would play with it and flew the kite high up in the sky. Haven't done it since then.
