The internet makes it so easy to keep in touch!

It's snowing here today, and our we are meant to be filming the outside buildings and fields and gardens for our followers on youtube - but Brrrrr... we will have to wrap up warm! We published the inside tour of the house yesterday so all of our friends back home can see what we have done with our croft. We like to keep a youtube channel, as so many people were sad that we were leaving Wales and wanted to be updated - and although we love writing letters there is something special about seeing a place! Along with the videos, blogs, emails we have found that we only write the letters now for nostalgia and not out of necessity. However, on this island, the internet can go down for 3-4 weeks at a time!!!

Hello! I've just seen that you've got 'Moving' on your account page. You can change this to 'Moved' now! Is your youtube video only for the happy few who know you personally or also for the general interested public?

The internet does make a lot of things easy. It's easy to stay in touch, to search something, watch things, and do a lot of other things. I'm not sure what I'd do without it.

I write letters to my Penpals. There's a group that still keeps this hobby alive and I've always loved writing with pen and paper. However, I'm loving the internet as well for the convenience it gives me in communicating with friends and family from all over the world.

I'll bet the regular mail can be a bit fitful in weather like we have had recently way up there too.

I would be hysterical without the internet. I hope you can get out and do some filming today?
