One can hide his papers and his credentials but will never hide the skills he has. He can fake papers but will never fake his real self.

Unfortunately you often have to have those papers to get a position. I know that the paperwork or even the education will not keep the position or job for you unless you have the skills to back it up with. Your real self needs to be able to meet the challenge.
