You should visit your Eye Doctor once a year to have your eyes checked. If you are on the computer all day. You should Look away from the computer every twenty minutes. Look as far away as you can. There are some good foods for you to eat for the eye health. Dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, orange peppers and anything with omega 3 in it. All foods with vitamin A in them. Apricots, cantaloupes, oranges and strawberries are really good for your eye health.

Because of spending too much in front of the computer for about 10 years now, my doctor recommended I use progressive glasses at an early age of 38 (39 soon).

You are quite right. Here we think radish is also good for the eyesight. In fact going to have the body check is something I am afraid of. As I am worried whether I have some healthy problems.

I do get my eyes checked every year, and they have often deteriorated a bit more. That's a good tip to look away from the computer.

I get up and do something every hour. Start a meal or do laundry and than go back to the computer.

I open the blinds so i can always gaze at the mountain behind our office place at the mall . Or sometimes , when i go to pee at the comfort room by the bowling place , i also would gaze at the sea . That helps my eyes to be rested .
