Well, Happy Birthday Betty White. What can you say about Betty White that hasn't been said a million and a half times?
My favorite show was always The Golden Girls. She played such a dimwit that you just couldn't help but laugh at her but love her at the same time. I watch the reruns, that I've seen in reruns many times, but I still laugh. They don't make shows like that any more.
So, in short, happy birthday Betty White....enjoy your day!!!

I think seeing her talk about the Golden Girls makes me want to watch it too! The lead star is the same actress in Murder She Wrote, right? I remember Betty said that if there's going to be a revival of the Golden Girls, she wants to be in it too! Crazy woman

Wee! Happy birthday! I remember writing an article about her... someone petitioning to guard her from her home so as to avoid the tragic deaths of 2016. Glad to know the lady is celebrating her 95th today

I think I have enjoyed every character she has played on TV. Even in a few movies. She used to be on Password and that is how she meant her last husband. What a gal! Hope she has a great day.

@AbbyGreenhill My Grand Mother lived to be nearly 97, her sister (my great aunt) lived to be 104 and one Great Grand Father that I know about lived to be in his 90s. All these are on my Mom's side, But, on my Dad's side, he has relatives that lived only into their 60s and 70s. So, I have a half and half chance, I guess of making it to 100.

I have already decided I don't want to live that long and with family history I most likely won't. My husband's relatives lived over 95 one was 101, so he has a better shot.
