which is pretty cool! I am making meatballs in homemade sauce tonight. I was able to put some olive oil in the Instant Pot, turn on the saute function, and add freshly chopped garlic. I got that cooking for a bit and then added the crushed tomatoes and seasonings. Then I turned off the saute, added the uncooked meatballs, and set it to pressure cook everything. Without the saute feature, I would have had to dirty another pan to cook the garlic. Very convenient!

I am still learning how to use it. I'm a good cook regularly. This pressure cooker saves time which will be great for me on gym nights.

So far I do. It is good for gym nights when I don't have a lot of time.
