Does anyone know about Regulatore Failure in computer ?

when i am doing some work on the computer, after sometime it shuts down a message appears regulator failure. i have to start again.

no i don't know about regulator failure,recently i got one problem similar to this,a message will appear when i am working on my computer that windows is shutting down in 30 seconds,save ur work to cause loosing them....it was virus affected to my computer,then i formatted my system and reinstalled windows xp again and till now i didn't have any problem and ....
