I tried to see Bella Hadid's nipples, but failed

As I was winding my evening down, I checked my Huffington Post news feed for any interesting articles. I already knew that there were anti-Trump protests around the Country and important NFL games to be played tomorrow. I figured that there must be some important news out there.
At the top of my news feed was something about how Bella Hadid had worn a sheer blouse somewhere, and with no bra. I knew this must be important, because it was at the top of my Huffington Post news feed, so I clicked on it.
I got a bunch of text about her and her blouse, and several links to other articles, but there were no pictures of Bella Hadid and her sheer blouse to be found.
It was then that I realized that I have no idea who Bella Hadid is, nor why I should be interested in seeing her nipples.
I clicked away from Huffington Post, and read something about how Trump's pick for Secretary of Education was not qualified for the position. Duh.
I feel like an idiot. Can someone tell me who Bella Hadid is, and why her nipples are important?

I have no idea who Bella Hadid is or why her nipples were important, sorry. I do know that Trump's pick for Secretary of Education is anti-public school teacher and anti-public education. I also know she's never spent one second attending public school, college, or university. IMHO, that makes her grossly unqualified.

I am all for braless but Trumps pick will probably have more impact on my life. Education I do not know. Some crazy chick with more money than 99 percent of men and she hates education. The nukes belong to Rick Perry who could not even name the department he is now leading. Let me help, ah nope cannot think of what he is running. Well, to be fair, glad to see him take stock that maybe it was not such a stupid position after all and he needed to learn more.
