Getting up a head of steam

I have a steam train named after me – or perhaps it is just bearing my name as it is much older than I am, having been built in 1937. Judy the steam engine was at the Bristol Harbour Railway when we were there in 2015. This heritage railway runs for about a mile along Bristol Harbour.
Judy was built by W G Bagnall, a locomotive manufacturer from Stafford, England. Several of their engines have lovely common names like Linda, Alfred, Peter and Isabel among others. The company was founded in 1875 and operated until 1962 when it was taken over by English Electric. According to the website, Judy has since returned to the Bodmin & Wenford heritage railway in Cornwall.
Can you see the nameplate on the side? And isn't she a great little engine?

I like her ! She looks like she should be in Sodor (where Thomas the Tank Engine lives). I have nothing named after me, but I was named after a bookstore...

Steam Engines are so beautiful and have so much character and I am glad that they have taken her back.
Must be so nice to have something named after you or for you both to have the same Name.
Like the Ships have too. On the Onedin Line Series there was a Ship or there still is maybe called the Charlotte Rhodes all full of Sails loved it.

So lovely to look at and I always wanted one of those Model things that you had to glue together but never got a Model Ship to do ever.
However we used to sneak out across the Road from School to watch the Steam Trains go by.

I was pretty pleased although it seems a bit of a strange name for an engine.
