Starting a Small Weight Loss Journey

I have really been wanting to lose weight. Week after week I disappoint myself with my eating habits and the fact that I am still the same weight I was a month ago. Maybe even a pound extra. I have to get serious about this and stop waiting for the next day to come to start something new. It needs to start now. My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I don't have a particular time frame for this goal because I want it to happen gradually and in a healthy way. I will be back with updates in the weeks to come. Wish me luck! I would suggest exercising. It has helped me a lot with weight control. Also, there are many nice apps where you can track what you eat and how many calories you are eating.
