5 Inches Of Rain This Month

Over 3 inches of rain in the past 7 days. That is almost enough to fill our water bottles. It is almost like this is not California anymore. All green with mountains that are all white. Normally we are just a big dust bowl. If anyone wants to go skiing or snowboarding. Now would be the perfect time. Who knows when we get this much rain and snow again!

I'm glad y'all have gotten some much needed rain. I just wish it had hit you in smaller doses over a longer time so the flooding wouldn't be so bad.

Yeah, much needed and wish it was also more consistent and not all at once like you said, but that is mother nature for you. The other plus side is the mountains look gorgeous with all that snow.

@DWDavis Very true and maybe the dogs will get another chance to play in the dry river bed again when that snow melts.

The south of Italy got a bunch of snow, too much, in some places they got 5 feet during only one night, many villages are isolated.

It is pretty crazy with all the rain happening. We have been getting a lot of rain too. My hovel cannot handle it haha

Thanks, we have it pretty good here, as no flooding, but other places have been hit hard with floods.

If there is a way to store all the rainwater for future drought, that is good. If not, all the rainwater is wasted.
