Do you always sleep with a pillow?

Whenever you go to sleep, one - or more than one - pillow accompanies you? Or aren't they necessary for you? 
I know several people who can not even sleep without having at least one pillow 
(I don't know if it's because of a problem or some other reason 
), but for me, that doesn't make any difference (especially if I'm "dying" of sleep).

I need not one but two and the coldness of those pillows keeps me warm (lol)

I always sleep with a pillow, I need to be comfortable when I rest. I usually have 2 or 3 pillows stacked so I can rest easier.

I sleep with 3 pillows (sometimes 4). One on my head, one on my hand (hugging) and the other on my legs. You can remove the one on my head buy not on my legs.

I sleep with one pillow, but I have two others on the bed also. :) I need at least a pillow to sleep.

I always sleep on a pillow, not a huge one, but a small comfortable one.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I shuffle down the bed and push the pillows away. Sometimes I use two.
