Do you understand the movie Arrival? / myLot

I watched it. But I must say that I can't understand it. Tonight I read some movie comments to help me understand this movie. They said it was a great science fiction. This movie comes from a novel called The Story of Your Life. I wonder if you have the ability of prediction, you knew things would not go well in the future. Would you do something to change it? I will try to change it. But in this movie Louise knew it but she accepted it and didn't plan to change it at all. It is far beyond my thoughts. Perhaps she already has the thoughts like UFO after she learned and understand their language.

I would like to see it. I have seen the trailers. We don't go to many movies but maybe I can see it when it comes out on DVD or whatever.
