I need to go on a strict diet sCheddleton and keep a check on what I ear. But these days it seems really impossible. I'm unable to monitor both my diet and food quantity. I munched one full big packet chips while watching TV. Omg...where will all this lead me. I need to keep a check on my weight which appears to increase gradually. Do you all also keep a check on your body weight?

I always plan to keep a check and then fail miserably . But lately i have started exercising daily and control my eating out to only once or maximum twice a week. May be it help, though i don't see any change in my weighing scale yet

I don't actually check on my body weight but on my waist which keeps getting fatter. Thus, at night , I only eat an apple for dinner. So far , my pants are loosening specially on the waist area and my tummy fat has thinned.

@amitkokiladitya Yes, only on weekends. Though sometimes when it's my Saturday to visit my parents at our hometown, I don't.

Instead of potato chips have sweet potato chips that contains low fats. Those who can't do hard exercises , a brisk walk every alternate day is must. Doctor pls comment on intake of sugar and salt. Also please let us know whenever possible, what is an effective carbless diet ?
