Our ex family friends baby died

So I just got some bad news this morning on Facebook from an ex family member stating that their baby boy had died. Only lived 10 1/2 hours. He was only 4 pounds and 14 inches long. He was a little bit of a premature. I don't know the details but prayers go out to their family. They are a young couple and this was their first child.

Sorry for them but it is always important when it is a first child to force positive thoughts and prayer for a healthy child next time. I will put in a prayer for them. This is one of the worst that could happen and the second is like me when I had a still born girl but faith got me through and I have learned to accept the fact that no children for me. At least hubby has two grown ones.

I'm sorry for the loss of their baby, I cannot even imagine. I will keep their family in my prayers.

@carebear29 Right. The poor couple I feel so bad for them I have went through the loss of a baby as well.

I am so sorry to hear this. My thought and prayers are with them. I can not even begin to imagine what they are going through.

AH what devastating news - my prayers for the family, it is such a hard time to go through. One we can never comprehend. I work as a therapist for birth trauma and loss - it devastates lives. I am sending lots of prayers for mum and hope she finds some solace at some point.

My sister in law is an RN who takes care of preme babies.
