Got To Go For A Short Walk Before I Stick To My Chair

I have to literally force myself now to get off my chair to go and walk for a little while. Just do not feel like it at all as I feel pretty weaky.
Needless to say that I dislike days like this one. And there has been too many of them lately. Kind of discouraging. I keep hoping for better days, but they do not listen to me.
Do you have those kinds of days?

Yes, I have days where I don't want to do anything but watch tv but thankfully I also have days where I can shovel snow and be on the go all day.

@marlina Unfortunately! Today, I was out all day and I did a lot and i can stay up till 5 AM or even later but tomorrow will be a day when I won't feel like doing anything. I can't seem to get my balance.

@1hopefulman Not easy to always be "balanced".

It becomes more frequent as you get older.

@JohnRoberts I think those "aches" grow faster than the proverbial weeds!

All the time. When I do, I normally listen to some music that gets me excited and just get up and go.

Yes, I experience one of those days too! Couple times a week, but I push myself to get out and get active! Hope you enjoy your walk.

I had a very lazy, depressing day today. I didn't get anything accomplished and I was feeling sad all day. I hope tomorrow is better for both of us.

Yes I do and it has been colder than normal here and rainy so I am hibernating. It is sunny today so we will head out.

I think everybody has those days where they just don't have the energy to move around too much. It is okay to have them every now and then. This time of year it is hard to get moving sometimes.

@Happy2BeMe I do prefer to walk outside but it is too difficult for me now. The temperature has to be "perfect" and even then it is difficult.

Its been to wet and windy to walk outside in my area. I'm just happy the scale isn't going up. Hope your weather improves soon.

I hope that your walk was invigorating rather than more tiring. I don't have many days where I am exhausted.. except sometimes if I am feeling really down and depressed it is hard to even get out of bed.

And for you as well. Sometimes walking any way will help to get your mind working better.
