Got To Go For A Short Walk Before I Stick To My Chair

I have to literally force myself now to get off my chair to go and walk for a little while. Just do not feel like it at all as I feel pretty weaky. Needless to say that I dislike days like this one. And there has been too many of them lately. Kind of discouraging. I keep hoping for better days, but they do not listen to me. Do you have those kinds of days?

Sometimes, even if I try my best, it doesn't work . The old body refuses to obey the brain.

@amadeo It isn't my pattern but my health problems that do that to me. Unfortunately.

@marlina Hope this feeling passes soon. Everybody has days they don' feel like doing anything. I am having that kind of day the last three days as I have been given a maximum (I think) dosage of medicine to calm me down and I fell asleep reading twice today . Have to find a new space to read that I won't fall asleep! Hope you have a super day that causes you to feel better!

Sorry to read that you had a dosage too high. I did go for my walk and now I have a super nagging headache. It is like some days, we just cant' win.

@marlina I am sorry I explained myself wrong as I a supposed to have that super high dose as I was only sleeping an hour a night and went I went to my doctor yesterday I hadn't slept in about 48 hours and some other symptoms he thought I needed a higher original dose of the antipsychotic Seroquel so now i have 600 mg, and I also take a melatonin to get me to sleep. Yes, I am tired, but I know this might sound weird but it is a good tired as I can sleep at night the last two nights! Did fall asleep reading from 7:30 a,m to a little after 10:30 am, but that is my fault I stayed up until 9 pm reading as I was unable to read for about two months because I was too hyper. I am going to write a post to explain the stupid thing I did that made me so hyper!

Yes, I have days where I don't want to do anything but watch tv but thankfully I also have days where I can shovel snow and be on the go all day.

I think everybody has those days where they just don't have the energy to move around too much. It is okay to have them every now and then. This time of year it is hard to get moving sometimes.
