Protect your heart by eating one medium pear. Pears have dietary fiber in the form of pectin. Pectin flushes out bad cholesterol. A medium potato can ease a tension headache. Eat fresh blueberries. They have antioxidants, vitamin C, manganese, and fiber. Blueberries promote brain health ny helping to keep your brain sharp.

What about apple? Does it have the ability to flush out cholesterol too? It is what I always eat for dinner. So far, pants have loosened up already. I am into making my brain sharp because I don't want to have Alzheimer's. Since blueberries are not indigenous here, what fruit can replace it?
