Have you ever felt some times that every path you take leads to a dead end? How do you move on when you have no idea any more on where to go? Taking life one day at a time

You need to have something that you are working towards otherwise you are like a ship adrift on the sea.

Thanks. I agree with you, I always try to think of alternatives and to focus on the good things in my life. I just feel like a need a break from my failures some times.

@maggs224 Haha! I hadn't picked this up - obviously. I've just come back from a party of sorts and couldn't even work out what 'shop' should have been. I think I should jush so to bed while I can! Deliberate typo this time!

It happens and there is not a lot we can do. Just take a big breath and move on.

I take a break until I feel better. When I feel better it's usually easier to find solutions.

It's wise to have a goal, but if not, taking one day at a time is best.

All you can do is take it one day at a time but make plans, serious plans as your wander... Welcome to mylot. Here is something every new person needs to read.
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

All we can do is face each day one at a time. Tomorrow is not here and yesterday is already gone.

That is the only way to take it really. I wish you well. Try to write more than two lines for success here.

There have been many days in my life over the yrs I have felt like this. Even went thru a time suffering from Deep depression due to past abuse, etc. But thru attending church, reading my Bible, praying, and having others praying in time I learned that life was not meant to be hard all the time. Get around and help those in need. It will teach you that not everything is all bad, and appreciate more what you got.

I think that last statement is exactly what we all should do, take life one day at a time and all will work out eventually

My suggestion write down goals and make them realistic. This worked for me and now there might be a curve in the road, but its small. Good luck and big steps forward.
