Got my letter and I am laughing

I wish I could copy them to here to show. So I have posted what has happened at this job. Well the fact the head manager wanted me to lie about what happened to HR to protect the Assistant manager.
Well I got this package today. It's a note saying I need to get a doctors note to accomadate disability. Now I have worked for the company for 3 or 4 years now. The assistant manager was making fun of being for not being able to see. Now I realize it may not be her intent but then again she said it repeatedly. I had brought it to the head manager attention, and then it was turned on me. So I reported it to HR, and now they are expecting a doctors note by January 30th (which wont happen as it takes 9 months to get in).
I called my friend to ask her, and she agrees why are they sticking up for an assistant manager who has been caught stealing, harrassing, and abusing her powers.
So I guess come Monday we will see because no way it will be filled out, and send. I also said I am not paying a cent to tell them I have a disability. If they fire me I will go after them for discriminating against a disability.

No, I did not ask for anything. I don't understand how they are going to accomdate me not being able to see. I have done the job for 4 years and no issues until this assistant manager.

Yes, I wear glasses and I do still have trouble seeing. But again I don't know any difference as I have had this my entire life. Same with the hearing loss I have had since I was born so I don't know any difference. I could see if I just started but I've done the job almost 4 years now. I think its just a way to protect the assistant manager.

Why don't they just report this person to the authorities if they don't him fired or something. Are they afraid of this person or something? I hope you get this problem sort it out.

The one is 22 and the other 25 immature children who can't do their jobs. This isn't the first time either. Not only me reporting them either. It's because I went to the ministry when she made these comments to me about not being able to see.

This is completely ridiculous. Like your friend, I have no clue why they are sticking up for someone who has been caught stealing and harassing people. It makes no sense. Whatever happens on Monday, I wish you luck. I hope it all goes in your favour.

Exactly I am not sure beside the fact I've gone to the ministry before about her so the company itself would be fined.

Exactly! I don't see how it suddenly matters only the fact this manager was making fun of me and I reported her for it. But again that can go against the company legally through the ministry. I am calling the ministry on Monday.
