Barbara Hale was my favorite actresses and she lived a long time passing at 94. I love the television show Perry Mason and Barbara played Perry Mason's secretary Della Street. I even enjoyed all the Perry Mason movies and her son William Katt was in the movies. Many of you will know her son from The Greatest American Hero. I will miss this talented lady rest in peace.

I liked the old Perry Mason, when they were both young, not so much the second series.

I know some people didn't care for the movies when the show returned; however, for me they were special, so thought I would talk about Barbara Hale's roles over the years. In 1945 she met her future husband Bill Williams on the set of West Of The Pecos and they were married 46 years. Also they were the stars of A Likely Story a few years later. He passed away. The Greatest American Hero she appeared in the show. I like when families work together and yes I watch several current people that have been in their families show.

@Fishmomma I also like to see people work together and their relation last for many years. The next week I am going to celebrate with my husband our 47 years of work together.

@LadyDuck Have a great time. 47 years is a long time. I'm always happy to see long relationships.

Another sad passing on the heels of Mary Tyler Moore, Mike Connors and John Hurt. Perry Mason is one of the best TV series ever.

The show had many great guest stars over the years. I liked how well the actors worked together and really enjoyed how the cast didn't talk bad about others on the show.

@Fishmomma Each show had a great mystery. You are right about terrific guest stars that combined older actors from movies to then newcomers who went on to notoriety.
