Coming in at # 2 on my favorite female figure skaters series is Nancy Kerrigan, she doesn't have quite the resume of some of the other greats on this series, but she will always be a gold medalist to me, she was both beautiful and, powerful. I also respected how she was able to come back, after the incident, where some creep hit her in the knee, with a police baton. Nancy won a bronze medal at the 92 Olympics and, a silver medal at the 94 Olympics and, is also a former US National champion.

The Kerrigan spiral is named after her . . . where the back leg is held as high as possible, with the aid of the hand holding the knee. That was one of my favorite moves on the ice - though mine wasn't as spectacular as hers of course - she has those nice long legs! That incident was so horrible, but you know what - it did the sport a favor because it gained popularity again after that!

Yeah, it was unreal, like Ice Cube said, it was some straight up ghetto crap. I never thought I would see that in figure skating.

A figure skater who would go down in history not so much for her skating but for incident with her competitor.

Me too. I always thought she was a very good figure skater and, she should have won the gold.
