Tipps for stress relief?

Hi friends feeling stressed today due to heavy work today at office can u suggest me. Hoe can I be relax physically.

Take time to just breathe and maybe meditate a bit. Listen to some good music that distracts you. Take a walk. I know, it sounds like more work, but your body is craving exercise as a way to burn off all that stress. Failing that, have a good cry. I won't tell anybody, and it washes the poisons out of your brain. Feel better!

The best way to relax is to put on some good ol music and have an adult drink.

Go straight to bed and rest. Eat in the morning fill your heart with happy thoughts... Because the moment you enter your office I can tell that a lot of stress is still in there so you have to feed your mind with happy thoughts and feed your body with healthy food.

Go to some nice spa once in week or biweekly, it would help a lot.

A good cup of hot choco, coffee or green tea. And a nice book of film. Or be sureounded by good friends and family.
